Shipping Policy

We ship from Iselin, New Jersey, to addresses across the United States. Here's exactly what to expect.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $35+

  • Orders of $35 or more ship free with standard shipping.
  • Orders under $35 pay the carrier's rate, based on package weight, size, destination, and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday and don't include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Items Shipped by Our Brand Partners
A few items ship directly from the brands we partner with. You'll see "Ships directly from our brand partner" on those product pages. Partner items don't count toward free shipping, and their shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your order includes both, you may receive separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

When Your Order Ships
We pack and ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll get an email with tracking. During holidays, big sales, or especially busy weeks, it may take a little longer.

Oversized Items
Very large or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, so there are no surprises.

Double Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you check out. Once an order is packed, we may not be able to change it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands. If it seems late or lost, email us at rundontwalkfinds@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.

International Orders
We ship to select countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method, and delivery times vary by country. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.
